Initial Visit

On your initial visit, please be prepared to share your medical history with our physicians. This may include any current or past medical conditions, your surgical history, any prescription or over-the-counter medications (please include your name, dosage and frequency), and any allergies you have to medications or foods.

Office Hours

Our office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday. At other times, our answering service will answer calls.
